A Timeline Of 6ix9ine's Arrests

A Timeline Of 6ix9ine's Arrests

Yesterday, 6ix9ine was arrested on racketeering charges. 6ix9ine is facing life in prison if found guilty and he’s looking at mandatory minimum sentences totalling 32 years. Considering the sheer amount of involvement with the police the 22-year-old has had, we decided to collate all his run-ins with the law from 2015 to present day.

October 2015

6ix9ine pleaded guilty to “use of a child in a sexual performance” in October 2015. The charges involve Tekashi and some friends with a 13-year-old girl. Before sentencing was to occur two years later, he had to abide by conditions including getting his GED, performing 300 hours of community service, refraining from posting or re-posting sexually explicit or violent images that feature children or women to social media, not committing a crime for two years, and writing a letter apologizing to the girl and her family.

January 2018

While at a mall in Houston, 6ix9ine allegedly choked a 16-year-old fan that was taking a video of him. In May, it was revealed that there was a warrant out for 6ix9ine’s arrest in the case.

April 2018:

On April 19, there was a shooting at Barclays Centre and 6ix9ine's involvement was suspected, however, his associate Fuguan Lovik was arrested.

May 2018

6ix9ine was arrested in Brooklyn for driving with a suspended license after parking in front of a hydrant. After this, he was charged with assaulting a police officer for a related incident the following day.

July 2018

We reported that 6ix9ine was kidnapped and robbed in July of 2018, and a member of his own team was arrested as a suspect.

September 2018

6ix9ine’s house was raided by the FBI, and they found an AR-15 firearm and a backpack filled with credit cards and the ID of a man who was a victim of a midtown robbery in April.

October 2018

Tekashi was finally sentenced for his 2015 case involving the underage girl, where he received 4-years probation and 1,000 hours of community service.

November 14, 2018

6ix9ine’s charges for driving on a suspended license were downgraded and he pled guilty, receiving a conditional discharge where he had to stay out of trouble for one year.

November 18, 2018

On Sunday night, 6ix9ine and five of his former associates were arrested by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, the NYPD and Homeland Security Investigations on a range of racketeering and firearms-related charges - each of these charges have maximum sentences between 3 years and life in prison.

6ix9ine was allegedly involved in an armed robbery in April, a shooting in Brooklyn and more. The indictment names the "Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods" as a “criminal organisation," so he was denied bail.

Reports say that 6ix9ine is now held in the general population at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center. I guess it's good publicity though, as his new album drops on Friday.
