General information

  • All US parcels are delivered with USPS, DHL or FedEx and may require a signature upon delivery.
  • Shipping times may vary according to courier time frames or zones and does not include order processing time. 
  • All orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 7am - 2:00pm PST.
  • Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
  • Orders can take up to two business days to process before being shipped; this may be longer if there is a large promotion taking place.
  • In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped.
  • ALL International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country, based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority.
  • This is not within our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be. 
  • Culture Kings will not mark your package as a "sample" or "gift" to avoid these taxes. Honesty is always the best policy!

General information

At Culture Kings, we want you to be satisfied with your purchases. As a consumer, you have the right to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Additionally, you are entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality standards.

Returns and Exchanges T&C’s

  • Returns are accepted within a 30-day window.
  • Return Shipping Labels are exclusively available for US customers. If you are returning an item from outside the US, please purchase a return shipping label from your local post office.
  • Face masks, underwear, and earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable and not redeemable for cash.
  • Exchanges are only available for domestic orders within the US. International customers have the option to request a store credit or refund only.
  • Ensure all items are securely packaged and returned in their original, unworn condition, including tags, boxes, and casing. We reserve the right to deny any item that does not meet these requirements.
  • A $6.95 handling fee is automatically deducted from your refund or store credit when submitting a return via our returns portal. If requesting an exchange, you will be required to pay the shipping fee when submitting your return. 
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.
  • Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email from our team.
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned for a refund unless deemed faulty.

How to Return an Instore Purchase

  • ​​​​​If you are not satisfied with an in-store purchase (wrong size, wrong color, etc.), you can obtain a store credit or a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided your item meets the required terms and conditions.
  • To return an in-store purchase, contact our Customer Experience team at orders@culturekings.com. We will issue you an online order number, allowing you to complete your return through our returns portal HERE
ONLINE RETURNS

Exchanges and Store Credits:

  • Exchange orders and Store Credits will be provided once the return is processed back at the warehouse
  • You will receive an email confirmation with your new order number once your exchange has been processed
  • Credits are valid for 3 years from date of issue & cannot be extended.
  • Gift Cards are non-refundable.
  • $6.95 is deducted from the credit total for the use of our return label.

Refunds: 

  • We offer refunds on all eligible purchases.
  • $6.95 is deducted from the refund total for the use of our return label.
  • Refunds can take 2-5 business days to clear back into your account.
  • If a combination of gift card and card/PayPal/AfterPay/Klarna has been used then the gift card will be refunded first followed by the remaining payment method.
  • Orders purchased with a gift card and then returned for a refund are refunded back to the original gift card.


Klarna/Afterpay Returns:

AFTERPAY:

  • AfterPay purchases are eligible for all return options.
  • AfterPay refunds will adjust from the final instalments in reverse. No refund will be issued if there are outstanding instalments. If the plan has been paid in full, a refund will be issued by AfterPay within 2-5 business days.
  • Be sure to continue with the instalments whilst the return is in transit to avoid dishonour fees.
  • We recommend logging into AfterPay to view the adjusted payment plan.


KLARNA:

  • Klarna purchases are eligible for all return options.
  • If the Klarna plan has yet to be finalised, refunds will be evenly distributed across the remaining instalments. If the plan has been paid in full or there are outstanding funds left to be reimbursed, a refund will be issued by Klarna within 2-5 business days.
  • Be sure to continue with the instalments whilst the return is in transit to avoid dishonour fees.
  • We recommend logging into Klarna to view the adjusted payment plan.
     

 

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
  • In the case of faulty or incorrect items are received, please contact our Customer Experience team HERE   - Please include your order number, and any photos, relevant information regarding the issue so that we can fix this as soon as possible
  • Once investigated, we will be able to provide you with information on how to return the item
SALE OR PROMOTIONAL STOCK
  • If you claim a free gift with your order and return your items for a refund, the free gift must also be returned. If you return your items for store credit or an exchange, you are more than welcome to keep your free gift
