Big Sean Opens Up On Instagram

In a series of three candid videos posted to Instagram, Big Sean opened up for the first time about his recent struggles with anxiety and depression. After clearing his Instagram of all past posts, for his 31st birthday he posted the videos describing how he began therapy and discovered meditation which helped him to heal.

“I wasn’t feeling like myself and I couldn’t figure out why. I just felt lost and I don’t know how I got there,” Big Sean said.
