After rumours upon rumours, it has finally been confirmed that Oklahoma City Thunder will trade forward Carmelo Anthony to the Atlanta Hawks where he will be waived to become a free agent. The Houston Rockets are the pick to sign Anthony, and they are in competition with Miami Heat.
The Thunder will send a 2022 protected 1-14 first-round pick to the Atlanta Hawks. In return, they will receive guard Dennis Schroder and Mike Muscala.
The Thunder will reportedly then send Muscala to the 76ers for forward Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot, and the 76ers will send guard Justin Anderson to Atlanta.
