Drake has filed a lawsuit against model Layla Lace after her Instagram claims that he got her pregnant before she filed a report with Manchester police claiming that he forced her into oral sex against her will, according to US Weekly.
According to the documents obtained by the magazine, Drake was introduced to Lace via text and they met up in February 2017 where they had "consensual, protected sex", after which Drake continued on tour and Lac "went ballistic" wanting to join him on the road, with Drizzy saying she had "created a fantasy relationship".
In April, she claimed on Instagram that she was pregnant with his child but refused to take a paternity test. The documents claim “there is no credible evidence of pregnancy, nor any baby, which would have been born last fall.”
Drake says he voluntarily flew to the U.K. for an interview with a Manchester police detective and was cleared in the investigation, after which Lace allegedly “demanded payment of millions of dollars in exchange for her silence.”
Drake is seeking unspecified damages for civil extortion, intentional infliction of emotional distress, abuse of process, fraud and defamation.
